Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov said that the EU-imposed migration quota policy is a “total failure.”

Speaking in Brussels on Thursday at a conference on migration in the West Balkans, Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov said that the EU-imposed migration quota policy is a “total failure.”

He added, “We need to think about returning the migrants to their countries of origin.”
Borisov called the European immigration policy a “total failure,”, adding that the inability of the traditional parties in Germany to form a coalition is the result of the government’s failure to respond to the migrant crisis that has been ongoing since 2015.
